Reporting LIVE at the animal kingdom, This IS STAN THE NEWS MAN!
As you can see behind me *points to the 2 people in the audience* we here at the Walt Disney World Underground News seem to be gaining lots of fans! *watches as one walks away* AHEM... Here IS the news for today.
The famous ride "Kilimanjaro Safaris" Has been closed today. The reason? It seems a castmember accidentally left his Mickey Mouse costume in the open and a few lions grabbed it and ran off. As the tour progressed, the lions were spotted by many many visitors carrying around various "parts" of Mr. Mouse. I managed to get a brief interview with an eyewitness.
Stan: What did you see ma'am?
Mrs. jameson: It was a horrible shame! Mickey Mouse was being devoured by the lions!
Stan: Oh?
Mrs. jameson: YES! My poor child witnessed it all! And what made it worse was when one of the lions got Mickeys' head on top of his. He came running up to the tour bus and my poor baby thought it was Mickey! The lion then went and growled at him & nearly took his hand off!
Stan: Thanks Mrs. jameson...
Also in the news today, It's Tough to be a Bug. Yes, yes it is! Sadly a pest crew let in by Disney accidentally sprayed the whole cast, causing them to pass away to little bugs' heaven.
Finally, DINOSAUR! As if it wasn't bad enough that Mr. Eisner fluffed up Alien Encounter, he's got plans to do it with the thrill ride DINOSAUR next. Rumor has it the ride will be titled "It's a Small Dinosaur" and include dancing and singing dinosaurs from various continents and time periods.
Thanks for tuning in folks and have a nice day!
