How come there are prices when it's included in your stay?

Because any non-guest of the hotel can pay to have breakfast there - just like all the other onsite hotels at DLP (including the Hotel New York and Disneyland Hotel ).

I added them as people often wonder if they can have hot items on top of the standard buffet and if so how much are they charged extra

because the hotel and restaurant review threads are now only for reviews and menu photos etc, they are not for questions, so if you have any questions about the hotels, restaurants, menus you should start a new thread .
