Hi, I am thinking of 2 days in July and I am wondering on the hotel. We have previously stayed at the Disneyland hotel and Hotel New York.

I am thinking of the Newport bay admirals floor to try something new, I have previously been put off this hotel by the size of it and that it is the last stop on the vea bus on the way to the back to cdg, I worry that we will not fit on the bus. anyway we would be going on the eurostar so I want have this worry.

I have had a look at last year prices and there is about £60 difference between the two, so not much.

I have done the Admiral's Floor at NPB (admittedly only for one night) and given the choice you have, would lean towards the Hotel New York. We found the NPB to be VERY busy, especially at breakfast time and the Admiral's Floor room didn't seem to be all that much better than a standard room in my opinion. Whereas our stay at the HNY was a lot more peaceful and the standard room was very spacious and had all the features we wanted.

Plus as you hinted at, there was a big problem in getting on the bus to the airport from the NPB - we had to wait for the third bus to arrive before we could board because there weren't many seats left by the time they got to our hotel. Okay, maybe that was our fault in trying to leave on a Sunday afternoon when everybody else was, but we were getting a little panicky at one point, wondering if we'd make our flight if the next bus was full...
