Newly renovated resorts?

Hello everyone.
I am planning a trip with my family for mid-December 08, and am having trouble choosing a resort.

I tend to like staying in hotels that are new or newly renovated. Can anyone give some info on when some of the resorts were last renovated? Much appreciated, and thanks in advance.

The Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge recently had all their rooms renovated.

If you're wanting to stay in a Villa your best bet is Saratoga Springs as it just opened in 2004 and some of the various sections are even newer than that!

As the above posted mentioned most of the Deluxe resorts recently renovated their rooms.
