Hi all,
I was just diagnosed with Early-onset Parkinson's and was looking for any tips for my upcoming Disney trip. Right now the only symptom I notice is my ankle freezes up and turns out on me after sustained walking. The time for this to occur varies day to day, sometimes it occurs within the 1st 5 minutes of my walk and other times I can go for an hour before anything occurs. I also have some stiffness in my wrist, but that is only noticeable when typing.
I'm pretty sure I was showing signs of Parkinson's on our trip last year. I'm trying to remember if I was more fatigued than usual, but I can't recall.
Thanks in advance.
