The above lyrics are from one of my new favourite songs. I was thinking about the lyrics a few minutes ago, and I got inspired to write this.

The song Almost Lover is about someone who the main character is deeply in love with, and then the person just walks out of the other's life. It's beautifully written and it's sang even better.

If you have ever been on either side of this, you know that it hurts no matter what. I believe that heartache is the worst kind of pain that there is. There isn't anything that you can do other than wait it out. It all gets better in time. Time heals all wounds, you've heard all the sayings and cliches.

I have been on both sides of this, and it is unbearable or so it would seem. Love is a dangerous game, if the cards aren't played right, someone will get hurt. When you feel like you're at rock bottom, you have nowhere to go but up.
It's no easier to be the person walking out than it is to be the person left behind. When you think that you have to leave, it's a really hard decision. I never suggest walking out, it's often the worst choice you can make.

Love is difficult, but it's also the most passionate thing in the entire world, next to hate. Don't hate, always try to have love in your life. Be it love for a person or for yourself or whatever, love makes it all better. Love is so many different things. It's the way a mother looks at her newborn child, it's the feeling you get when you look at a special someone. I say that love is amazing.
