Newest Suites Hotel

Does anyone know which suites hotel in the newest? Preferrably in Lake Buena Vista, then Kissimmee.

Disney is putting up SSR - this is a DVC resort near DD.

there is nothing newer.

non-disney - not sure - probably the cacades at Sheraton Vistana in LBV.

and maybe the LaQunita Inn & Suites Maingate in Kissimmee - it was new last year.

there are rumors that the Royal Plaza will be converted into suites units - but I think that is a rumor.

There is a brand new Hilton Grand vacation club on international drive. They were putting the finishing touches on it last year. Looked nice.
