Newest, nicest timeshare condo?

Hi Folks,
My Mom and her friend are Interval International timeshare owners. They want to stay at an Orlando area resort. It doesn't need to be near parks, but restaurants are a must. They like a nice view, water if possible and clean, nicely furnished units with balconies. So what say you? What are their best options? Many thanks!

Any of the Marriott's are wonderful. I don't know about getting a water view but the units are great and have balconies.
