Newest hotels closet to Parks

Hello - I believe I am going to be able to add a trip to Disneyland to a work trip in May.
YAY I was hoping to get a list of some of the newer hotels close to the parks.

Some would feel it's far, but I walked from and to the new Country Inn and Suites multiple times over Star Wars half marathon weekend. If I can do it after a Half it's walkable.

Homewood Suites is a 5 min walk to the Toy Story lot, they are part of Hilton. We have our second stay there coming up next weekend.

I think there is a Hyatt House that was recently built in walking distance.

Courtyard is new and the nicest off site property adjacent to the gates IMO.

Country Inn and Suites and Holiday Inn Express are brand spankin new as well.
