Newest DVC location

Just heard from a friend who works at preview center BWV for the DVC about the newest facility - calling it Villas at Eagle Pines, and it is next to Bonnet Creek, anticipated completion 2004. I wonder what the price per pt. will be and imagine the maintenance fees!!

There have been rumors that if they do build at that location the villas and general setup will be more like OKW than BWV or WVL. A larger spread out resort. It will be interesting if they do it. That location seems to be a great spot for that kind of a DVC resort.

Thanks for the info Gail! It should be neat to see. The resorts are one of my favorite parts of Disney, the more the better, i love looking at the new ones.

I am certain we won't be able to afford the buy in price in 2004!!! I wonder when they will expire? 2042? or beyond??
