Newby point borrowing question

Hey Guys,

We just bought a new contract with a April year use and it was stripped (It was an amazing deal and I couldn't pass it up!). No 2016 or 2017 points. If we did want to go in 2017, could we borrow our 2018 points? We are planning a trip in December 2017. Would I be able to book at my home resort 11 months out? Or would I have to wait to my year use in April?

You would be able to borrow 2018 points into your 2017 UY to make a reservation. The reservation would have to begin after 04/01/17 because of your April UY. You can make that reservation at your home resort starting 11 months prior to the first night of the stay. You do not have to be past the UY month to do it.
