I am trying to find out the crowd levels for the first of June and what the weather is like at this time.
Is there any good guides or books that I can buy?

Amaheim's averages are 72/61 but it can be much cooler or warmer. Average rain for june is .1 of an inch. Always take a jacket or hoody to DL even in the summer. The nights get chilly.

Crowds will be regular. Not empty or crowded. Weather is about as perfect as it gets. Overall a great time to go.

If this year Little Mermaid and Star Tours open just before then it could get a little crowded.

WOW! the weather sounds great it. It will be around 100 degrees in Texas around that time and will be a nice break from the heat.
Thanks for the information. I am still going through all the related post for any information to help us "first timers" out. Been to WDW 10 times and just want a different scenery but still have our Disney fix.
We are very excited about out DL trip and the only thing we will miss is Epcot-World Showcase.
