Hi all!! I'm pretty new to this area....just found it a few days ago and have been lurking since. I have a few questions and thought I'd ask away.
I would like to ask for some thoughts/ideas on a Halloween costume for my DD7. She wants to be Maleficent, we have a witch costume that will work but I need some thoughts on making a headpiece. So far I've come up with styrofoam cones or floral wire, bending or shaving it into shape, covering it with black fabric and using spandex for the actual headcover.....any other thoughts??

How about oasis? (That green stuff florists use) - its very light and you could fix it to a hair band.
