Hi there!
We are taking our first family vacation EVER in October to WDW and will be staying on site. We have just decided to add a day at SeaWorld to our trip, since it will probably be a long time before we can go back. I have a few questions - I realize these have all been asked and answered before somewhere, so please bear with me!
1) How long of a drive is it from WDW to SW (we will have our own car, no need for mears or bus service).
2) What all is included in the price of admission? All shows? Rides?
3) Is there a site with SW restaurants, etc., with menus and prices?
That's it for now! WDW is for the family, but SW is for ME!

Admission includes shows and rides though they have a sky tower which costs extra and litle flamingo paddle boats which cost extra:jester:

I can't go to orlando without going to seaworld, I love it - we even spent new years eve there this year so you've made a good choice. As for drive time, I would say no more than 20 minutes - if that, don't ask me directions though I'm just the one that sits in the passenger seat peering out the window. The only other thing that's not included with entry at SW which you might want to think about are the behind the scenes tours which explain a lot - the rescue tour is especially good. and they're only about $20 You may find it a bit of a squash to fit this in the first visit but very often SW do a second day free option (you'll see it advertised when you get in there if they're doing it) so you could sign up for one of these on that day (oops another day out of WDW!) Have fun - and don't miss out on feeding the dolphins (you buy the fish for about $4 at official feeding times) - the first or second feed is best, they're not hungry by about 4.30!

Go to Seaworld.com for plenty of information! We stayed off-site but very close to Disney. It was only about a 15-20 minute drive for us.

Keep in mind that SeaWorld offers a "Second Day Free" with all regular admission. You might want to look into that further if you have an unscheduled day during your vacation.

Let me know if I can answer any more questions. We were just there in January and LOVED it!.................P
