Hi there  I was pointed here from another board, and it's awesome! :worship:

I'm an over-planner by nature (lol) and I want this trip to be awesome, since we never get to do anything just the two of us. (We have 2 kids and the world generally revolves around them)

I just booked a weekend trip for my husband and I for our anniversary (leaving the kids at home! lol). We both really want to see WWOHP and are also pretty into roller coasters (at least DH is). We're going May 21-23 (flying in Saturday and flying home Monday). Sunday May 22nd will be our IOA day. We're staying off-site, but booked through the Universal site with that HP deal-thing so I think we get early admission, which would be 8AM (park opens at 9?).

Can someone plan my day for me? I've been all over the boards for a couple weeks and I have notes jotted down everywhere, and I think I'm digging myself into a hole here. We're doing breakfast at 3 Broomsticks, but I wasn't sure what time. I was thinking if we get in at 8AM, we could go straight to Forbidden Journey and do that absolute first thing, then go to breakfast from there at like 9:30 (we have to make reservations I think). Or would that not be enough time?

The only things we *really* want to do is:
Forbidden Journey (duh)
Dragon Challenge
Hulk coaster
shopping (obviously, but I was thinking about waiting until the end of the day, because it won't be as crowded? I think I read that somewhere... The park closes at 8PM on the 22nd)
whatever else sounds cool, you tell me.

I think we're doing dinner at CityWalk, lunch doesn't really matter.

Itinerar-ize me :)
:thanks:

Sounds to me like you've already planned everything. ;)

Your plan sounds fine since you're doing early entry and then breakfast. Do as much as you can stand in WWoHP and then go to another area. Spend the rest of the day however you want and make sure to hit as much of the park as possible. For lunch I would recommend Mythos or Thunder Falls Terrace.
