newbie: Romance at Sea booking

Hi again. Just added the romance at sea package to my DCL in April. This was added through my travel agent. I understand that someone from Disney will be contacting me to make reservations, etc. How long can I expect this to take? 3 days, two weeks?

Also, are there any other things I can reserve using this upgrade other then Palo's to simplify my boarding day?

Just read about a private one hour mud bath option at the spa. Sounds really nice

Anyone every try this? Is it worth the price and the hour?
