Newbie question- MHP

For the Halloween party tickets- I assume those are purchased on Disneyland's actual website so my question is, can you buy the tickets with a Disney gift card? I know I can purchase regular entry tickets with gift cards but this will be our first Disney party and wanting to plan ahead.

I would call Guest Services just to be sure about this. The website has been inconsistent about letting people use gift cards (usually only 1 card per transaction). I would think you should be able to purchase your MHP tickets by phone using a gift card. But it would be good to know in advance.

Great question. Please post if you figure out the answer! I'd like to pay with gift cards also!
