Newbie...Question about the mugs?

I have read so much about the mugs.. I am interested in purchasing mugs for our family (we will be staying 10 days)..

Where do we purchase these?
How much?
Can I take them in the parks?
Where can I get refillls?
Are the refills free?
What do the refillls include?

BTW, we are planning on staying in one of the All Stars. We haven't decided which.

you can buy them at your resprt. it can be used for any drink at your soda fountain at the resort including coffee and tea. You can not use them at the parks.

Do they have milk at the soda fountain? Or juice. We aren't soda or coffee drinkers... And is this at ALL the resorts?

No milk, some have apple juice though. Some places also have hot chocolate. And all resorts sell mugs. Do you ever drink soda? If not I wouldn't bother with the mugs.

We don't drink soda. At all. Just seems so unhealthy and it doesnt quench my thirst. I'll guess we'll skip them.
