This is our first trip to WDW. We bought the 7 day Magic your way premium ticket. MY Question is. Hoe does the pass work? Can you only go to one park at a time. If we do MK one day can we go back another day for example. Please explain the pass system to me. 55 days to go

I think, if you purchased the base ticket with options, you can come and go as often as you like. The base ticket allows you into one park per day. You have to purchase the park hopper option to go to more than one in a day.
