Newbie question #3: Are there character meals?

Here is another question in my newbie series. Sorry but I can't find this info anywhere.

We will be at PBR in mid-September. I thought the Universal web sit said that the cat in the hat character breakfast ends in August. Are there any other character meals anywhere on property?

They usually have the cat in the hat breakfast all year long on Fri, Sat and Sundays. Where did you see it would end in August? If so, when. I have a reservation in the first week of August. Also, the resorts have character dinners on certain nights. It usually has Scooby, Shaggy, Woody Wood Pecker and some others.
