We are family of 4, This is our first trip to Universal studios.

I have ??? about the resorts in general.

Is there ice machines on every floors?
Is there any vendor machines on the floors?

Is the coffee makers in the rooms?
Is there refridgators in the rooms? If not, much do they charge?

At Royal Pacific Resort how deep are their pools?
How about the other resorts?
Do their pools have slides?

Do any of you know how large their rooms are?
Thanks for info!
I planning a vacation for next year. Hoping to go in August.

Ice machines on every floor.

the gift shop had a snack area once before. not sure if they still have it

you can get snacks at the hotel.

each room has the fridge. if you use it you are charged an outlandish amount of money for the items. not worth it.

if you read the stickies for the rph, you will learn more about the ins and outs of the hotel.

The pool at RPR has an area that is 48" or so. The deepest part is in the middle. Both ends and the circumference are shallow with one end having a zero entry - like walking in off the beach. There is no slide at RP but there is a "splash play" area with squirt guns etc. The pool at HRH has a slide but the pool is very shallow - I think the deepest it got was 36" maybe. We didn't get to the PB pool.

We just got back from 2 nights at RPR. It was our first stay there. We had a nice time.

The pool was nice, I liked the layout. It never felt too crowded. THere is no slide.

The room is ok size, a little small. We had two queen beds and a pool view room. We stayed at Portofino last time we were at Universal and the room was much larger especially the bathroom. I think that RPR is more kid friendly though.

You will have fune I am sure.

If I can answer any other questions, just let me know.:)
