You can go back to the post and edit it. If you need to change the title of the post, just click advance edit.

You can always either send a PM to the moderator of the fourum that you posted on and ask for help, or you can report your post by using the red triangle with the ! in it on the left and explain that you posted in the wrong place and need it moved.
