Newbie here -what do I do with unused pts?

I've been a DVC member since 2005, but have probably never really got my head around banking/borrowing pts etc.

Anyway, i've got 54pts banked from my use year of March 2007. We're not planning to visit WDW until summer 2009, so I mistakenly thought that I could use those pts, plus the 150pts from this year to book next years holiday. However, i've found out today that as I won't actually be travelling in this use year, my 54 pts will expire by March 2009. This means then that these pts will be wasted.

Am I right in thinking that I could rent or sell on these pts to someone who needs 54pts for a holiday before March 2009? If so, as a rough idea, what do I sell them for and how do I go about it?????

I haven't rented points but go to the Disney Vacation Club Forum, DVC Rent/Trade and I'm sure you get the info you need. Do you call it the Disney Holiday Club in England?

We are looking to arrange a transfer of 30 points because we would like to upgrade our Standard view room to a Savanna room but we are 30 points short for our holiday.
