Hi!

Newbie from the Great Northwest here! My family and I are looking forward to a Christmas trip to Disney World for 2005. A question for all those searching for a quiet moment amid all the excitement: What's your favorite "Stop and Smell the Roses" moment at Disney World? :flower3: For us, it was in 2003 when we stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We really enjoyed viewing the animals with night-vision goggles. I will look forward to hearing from you all!

:wave2: from a fellow native! I had to move a little farther north for my job, but I'm still an Orygoan-ean at heart. Lots of good info here on the Dis.

Welcome Blue Fairy. About the ONLY stop and smell the roses moment,is our initial entrance onto Main St. I am always in awe! :wizard:

A big welcome from Eugene

A big welcome!! :Pinkbounc

Too many stop and smell the roses spots to count!
How bout this my DH and I sitting at the shores of WL and watching a blue heron preen its feathers. The water and sky could not have been any bluer and nothing more peaceful amidst a place that can be chaotic.

Hi from oregon city! I am a new member too! Been lurking a LOT before I joined! Glad to see some Oregonians here!
