Newbie from Australia - MNSSHP in rain

Hi. I am new to both this forum and to DisneyWorld.
We are coming to WDW for 10 days in October 2011.
Will we still enjoy Mickey's Not so scary Haloween Party should by chance it rains - Im trying to weigh up buying my tickets in advance or waiting to see what the weather is like and buying them once we arrive.
We are looking at 23 October ?

We were there when it rained. We had a blast. Everyone left. The only thing you will miss is the Headless Horseman, he does not ride on wet streets. If you are going that close to halloween I would not wait to get tickets. There is a chance it will sell out before the night of the party.

Of all the times we have been to The World some of our favorites have been on rainy days.

As deakam stated, depending on what night you go, you might not want to wait buying. Many nights sell out.
