newbie dumb question, please help!

this is our first trip to wdw and i have a super dumb question that i couldn't find an answer to...

We have reservations at the Tusker house at Animal Kingdom (Donald's Breakfast) at 10:30 am... are the characters still around then? or do they fizzle out toward the end?

I am hoping not to miss them. I am really hoping they are there since we are paying for them! Just don't want to get shortchanged.

to the DIS! Never done Tusker House (trying it this July!), but at every other character meal we've done, they stick around as long as the place is open. I'm sure that's the case here as well.

I was at Tusker House in March with a late ADR of 10:55am. Yes, all the characters are still there, in fact by the time Donald got to me, it was only me and one family left in the entire restaurant! But I saw everyone of them & got a picture.

The seating at Tusker House is assigned.
