Hello all-
I'm new to this particular forum and I may regret it....;)

Anyway, I have loads of desktop publishing experience and also Photoshop Elements on my home computer. I have a couple of questions before I get started:

1) How do you get the Disney font?

2) Where do you get the Disney clip art?

I assume the masking and special effects are done with Elements, but I don't know where people are getting the great artwork and fonts.

Thanks in advance!

The typical "disney" font is called Waltograph and you can get it along with a lot of other free great fonts at www.dafont.com.

You can also find other fonts that disney uses at:
http://mickeyavenue.com/fonts/disney-fonts-list/general

The top place to find great disney clipart is www.disneyclips.com. You can also find some at disney-clipart.com and google is always a great resource.

Hope that helps! This thread is very addictive...hope to see you on here as a DISigner!

Thanks so much, Dolly! My Sept. trip is paid for (today!) and all my ADR's are made, so there's not much planning left to do. This could be a great way to fill the next 7 weeks or so.

I've got 4 plain T-shirts upstairs waiting to be transformed. My DD painted her room lime green so we have leftover DIS-colored paint. I may do one shirt with a giant lime green Mickey head and see if I get any comments while I'm down there.

I have Photoshop Elements, a scanner and a color printer so I'm good to go....

and make Google your best friend to find images. I also buy Disney coloring books and scan the pages to get good graphics!
