Hi, hope someone can help a newbie....

We are trying to plan a trip for the first wee of June. Do you think a "code" will come out soon? Our group will be me, hubby, our 2 boys, my grown brothers and my mother We will probably have to do 2 rooms at an All Star, but would love to try another resort.
Also, does anyone know if codes come out for the villas that sleep this many, I think it has to be a 2 bedroom?

Thanks for any help!

Keep watching mousesavers for codes. I don't know if any will be available for June or not.

You may also want to consider renting points from a DVC owner through the Rent/Trade Board. It is a great option when staying with so many people.

For 7 people you would need a 2BR, which will have 2 baths (one w/ a jacuzzi) an outdoor patio & a full kitchen. They are a great place to stay. It may be more expensive than other options, however, having the full kitchen can save you money on meals.

Have fun planning & welcome to the boards. :p

Thanks for the suggestion...How does one get info on "renting " points? Is that something that Disney arranges?

To rent points from a DVC owner you should go to the DVC Rent/Trade Board, which is part of the DIS Discussion Forums. Scoll down quite a bit on the home page & you will find the board.

We rented points from someone in Nov. & had a great time. Ask a lot of questions on that board, most people suggest renting from someone who has a lot of posts on these boards & preferrably someone who has rented before.

When we rented I asked for references & contacted them all before sending any money to the owner. We had a very positive experience. The reservation was made in our name & I called Disney to make sure everything was in order before we left. I have not heard of anyone getting "dupped" before by an owner. I would do it again without hesitation. We rented at OKW & had a wonderful time - so much so that we bought a resale upon returning home.

Good luck & keep asking questions on these boards. Usually you get more information from the people on these boards than you do if you call Disney. ;)

I am off to check the DVC board now! I onestly thought you had to own DVC to join that board
