Hi everyone this will probably be the first of many we will have. We are going for the first time in Nov 2012. My daughter and family are in the military station in london. We fly over on Nov 19 come back Dec 10. Our plan is to go to disneyland paris for about 4 days then paris then hopefully fly to Spain.

Is nov off peak. I just tried to see the rates for hotels In DLP for that time frame not listed yet.

Which DLP hotel is good for 4 adults and 2 children 1 child will be only 6 months old

Also could you recommend hotels in paris will like to stay close to the effiel tower

You can book November now on the UK site. I presume the US site is different so I can't comment on when they'll be available.

Many people find it's cheaper to book on the UK site so it might be worth a look.

If you want to stay in a Disney hotel, you'll need 2 rooms. Depending on your budget, I'd either go for:

The Cheyenne - Cheap (for DLP) and very well themed.
Sequia Lodge - Recently had a refurb. Moderate resort.
Disneyland Hotel - Very expensive but a unique experience.

The Santa Fe, Newport Bay and Hotel New York just do nothing for me.

As for Paris, we always stay in the Hotel De La Sorbonne. It's well priced, easy to get to (near a mainline station) and is very nice inside. The rooms are small though (typical of Paris) and it's not near the Eiffel Tower. Transportation is Paris is so good that the location of the hotel isn't as important as it would be in other cities.

HI

txs so much for resonding. Is november peak season or off. I know it will be cold due to us here in florida.

Your one year old will not count towards room occupancy so you could have a room for five at the disneyland hotel but you may find yourselves a bit cramped. The Newport Bay has a few rooms that will sleep 6 as does the santa fe but these often work out more expensive than booking two rooms. We have stayed in the sequoia lodge and really liked it. We have also stayed in both the cheyenne and the Neport Bay and found both fine although many people don't like the Newport Bay as it is very large. We have never stayed at HNY but lots of people love it as it is nearer to the parks and serves a hot breakfast.

You'll definitely want to price a package on the US site as well as the UK site, just click "change your country" at the bottom of the DLP website and price it both ways. Not many Americans visit DLP so they really don't offer many discounts to US travelers. On my last trip I believe I saved around $600 by booking on the UK site. When you make the reservation you put in all of the info with your names, addresses etc and just leave the country as UK. I know it seems a bit scary putting an incorrect address (incorrect country any way) but nothing gets physically mailed to you, it is all done by email. I had no problems doing this at all. Also one sale just ended and many of us are waiting to see what the next deal will be so I'd wait until the next "flash sale" hits before I'd book anything.

As far as hotels I've stayed at NB and SL but I've walked through all of them. We really enjoyed SL (sort of a scaled down WL at WDW) but didn't care for NB at all. I just think after being in the Boardwalk/YC/BC at WDW I set my expectations way way too high. I know Cheyenne and Santa Fe have their legions of fans on these boards but they seemed very motel 6-ish vibe to me. I would put them a notch below the All Stars or Pop Century. That being said, they are on-site so you can walk or take the bus to the parks and having to book two rooms can get expensive , I would definitely consider them if budget is a concern.
