Newark Off-site Parking...do you have to leave keys?

I've read a few archived posts regarding off-site parking at Newark Airport. I saw recommendations for Corporate Park and Avistar. From CP's review, it seems you have to leave your keys with them...poster said when they got back their car was pulled up and waiting with the heat on. Do all off-site parking garages require you to leave your keys behind? We've never used off-site or long-term parking at Newark, so I'm new to this, but I don't like the idea of leaving my keys behind.

I use Vista (frequently) and you also have to leave your keys.

I use Avistar-Haines Ave and you also have to leave your keys.
I think Sky-Park on Hwy 1-9 is self-parking.
