new york or chicago style pizza in the world?

Is the pizza new york style or Chicago?
is it any good?

I've never found really good pizza anywhere in WDW (although I haven't tried everyplace). I don't know the difference between NY or Chicago pizza though...

NY pizza is a thinner crust and cheesy and oily- Some New Yorkers like to put one slice on top of another and eat it that way.

Chicago is deep dish and stuffed and usually has to be eaten with a knife and fork.

I just had real Chicago deep dish stuffed pizza at Giordanos on Michigan Ave.
Yum Yum.

WDW pizza is not either NY or Chicago style. It is just WDW OK pizza.

If you have access to a car, there is a Giordano's Pizza just outside the entrance to DTD (near the Sheraton Safari and Cypress Pointe), but I've yet to have "good" pizza anywhere in WDW.

IMO Disney pizza is neither New York or Chicago; I compare it to Pizza Hut personal pan pizza.

Giordano's delivered great pizza to our Beach Club villa in 2004. We called the Lake Buena Vista store to order. Check out the menu at Giordano's . Great stuff! Hope to order again on our next trip!

I agree that Giordanos is your best bet for pizza even though its not right in wdw. It's a must have for us every visit to Chicago. I just found out that Orlando had a Giordanos a couple months ago can't believe we missed it over the years.

I lived in NY (specifically Long Island) my entire life (26 years, up until I moved to NC 3 years ago, and nobody I know eats it that way. WITH the exception of my fat uncle who eats it that way so he always gets more than everybody else! NY'ers fold theire pizza in half and eat it, but stacking isn't common.

In answer to the OP, it's neither. It's like Dominos, Pappa John's etc...you know...AWFUL. Order from Giordanos instead. You'll thank us.

I've never seen this, as an NYCer. I've only seen the foldover. A little too intense for me, I hope it's not a new trend.
