New Year's

my parents friends are over. and my dad bought me and my big sister cruisers :) in 2.5 hours, i'll probably be watching the sydney fireworks on tv.

We don't do anything other than what we usually do every day (TV, computer, stay awake for hours)...my mother's going to something downtown with my aunt but the rest of us don't care.

Well, my friends are having a party. but i can't go. i'm grounded until my dad knows for sure that i'm passing. that would require a report card which probably won't come in until school starts again. ugh. what a Sucky way to start the new year.

I'm not doing anything.
I mean around supper time I'm eating a bunch of greasy food with my family, and probably playing boardgames but I have no plans for much later.

I'm going to my bf's house for a bonfire, and I might spend the night as well. =]

I stay up on New Years Eve and just hang out on New Years.

laser quest lock in!

I envy you. lol

I'm sitting here.. at 10:30.. posting on the DisBoards.. trying to be quiet because the rest of my family went to bed already. :rotfl:
I'm still recovering from bronchitis (second time this year :headache:) and SHOULD be in bed right now.. but I got my second wind, so here I am. :goodvibes

We never do anything at my house. Ever. :rotfl2:

I spent my NYE on the best thread ever.
This pretty much sums it up for me:

We had a lock in with out youth at church.

Forty-five 15-18 year olds stuck in a room from 8pm-6am, you will definitely stay awake the entire time!!

It was a lot of fun. We played games, had a service, fireworks, then more and more games.

We played one where everyone got in a circle and linked arms.. and there was a chair in the middle and you had to pull people and then make them run into the chair, like touch it.

I just kinda stood there at first and let all the big people get the little girls out, since it was such a big circle I didn't get moved. So it came down to me, this 15 yr old girl, her twin brother, Garrett (an offensive lineman) and the quarterback.

They pulled at got the twins out. Then we were all pulling so we was like going in a circle. And I jerked back so Garrett fell into it. Then........ I got the quarterback out! whoaa :)

Garrett was so proud lol.

Our youth minister is one of the football coaches and he kept saying I needed to be a lineman. lol
