Taking my 3 DDs Dec 26 & staying for New Years. Any suggestions on something fun to do for New Years Eve?

DM and I are actually planning on doing the same thing! Since this will be our first time there for NYE we're completely at a loss of where to go. True, its just the two of us, with no little children (I'm 23), but neither one of us are very big drinkers so we'd also like to know of some fun ideas! Are there any good restaurants either in the parks or at a resort that are more "family friendly"
