New Year's eve with 4 small children

Hello All. My husband and I have booked our first ever Disney trip scheduled 12/31 thru 1/5. Our girls are 6, 2, 2, and 1. Can anyone recommend what we should do for new years eve? Looking for input, because we are almost at the point that we can start making reservations. We are so excited, and want to get the most out of it that we can.
