New Years Eve fireworks

We will be at Disneyland on New Years Eve! Does anyone know if they have two New Years Eve countdowns with fireworks? One at 8:30 and another at midnight? When we went on New Years Eve about 8 years ago, I think they had two celebrations - so that the younger children could celebrate then leave before they were too tired.

I was wondering this too. On the park calendar it only shows the Christmas fireworks? Is there another fireworks showing at midnight?

There is a special fireworks show at midnight in DL. DCA has a special WOC. For DL, be prepared -- the last 2 years or so, the fog has been so thick at midnight that the fireworks could not really be seen (just blotches of color here and there). Several years ago, the show ended after a minute or two because the smoke mixed with the fog, and almost nothing could be seen.

There are the regular Christmas fireworks at their regular time (930p usually) then, at midnight, New Years Eve fireworks. A few years ago, they did do an early countdown at 9pm for filming of New Years Rockin Eve ("live from Dsneyland"), but last year they even filmed that during the Christmas parade filming.
