My ticket got canceled on the 31ST of December and I never canceled it. My family is all coming and just my ticket got canceled I gave them a message through the app and said basically there is nothing I can do about it besides keep checking in to see if someone else cancels and reserve that date. Any suggestions for me? Thank you!
 
Not sure if you were speaking with guest relations through the app, but try emailing them. Someone has to be able to fix this. It's just unacceptable that they messed up and expect you to fix it.
 
Thank you for the responses. I changed one of the names in the group and I was told that I canceled it. I know how difficult it is to get reservations for New Years Eve and that is why I made the reservations so early in advance. I will try to email now and see if that will help.
 

Did you call the magic key hotline? I’m the OP from the other linked thread and my reservation was cancelled not-by-me at 12:30am this morning and I found out 7.5hrs later trying to scan past the turnstiles. No account log-in alert, no cancellation email.
