HI,

I am planning my upcoming Xmas vacation and although I am a huge Disney fan I don't want to be in the crowded parks on XMas day or New Years Eve.
Does anyone of you know if Seaworld has anything to offer on these two days?
I went to their webpage but it says "more info coming soon" for Xmas and New Years Eve.

Thanks a lot ;)

I don't know about Sea World but I'm going to tell you what we did for new year's eve. We had dinner ressies at the Beach Club so we parked at that hotel. After dinner we caught the boat in front of the beach club over to the Epcot back door by the international bridge. We visited a few of the pavillions by the brigde (France, England etc) and then saved a spot on the bridge to watch the fireworks at midnight. After midnight it was an easy walk to the exit, catch the boat back to beach club and you are in your car in no time. Enjoy the park early in the day to catch a nap with the kids in the afternoon so you are all ready for the late night.

On Christmas day at Seaworld, you have Christmas themed night shows which are different than the day time shows. Shows at night include, Shamu Christmas Miracles, and Clyde and Seamore's Countdown to Christmas. There is also an ice skating show and a holiday fireworks show at night. There is holiday decor, dinner shows, like the Christmas Luau. And there is "The Polar Express Experience" which is a motion simulator ride set to scenes from the popular movie.

For New Years eve, Seaworld is Open until 1am and features The same night time Christmas shows/Decor/Dinner shows and Rides. Plus a New Years eve concert and New Years eve fireworks at midnight. This year, there were 3 different Shamu shows performed that day. During the day was "Believe" the usual Shamu day show. At night you had a "Shamu Rocks" show which is a Shamu show with a rock concert atmosphere. And there was also the "Shamu Christmas Miracles" show being performed. All three shows are totally different. Its the only day all year where you get to see all 3 Shamu shows.

I definitely think its worth a visit.

Thanks a million Mary and KBF. I appreciate your input.
Will run both ideas by my family ;)
