I'm already making plans for NE 2005-2006 and I can't think of a better way to start a new year than by spending the end of the old an start of the new year in my favourite place in the whol' wide world, IoA. Because of the expected crowds I've already resigned to having to stay on site to get FOTL privileges, but I was wondering what the whole deal is with NE itself. I know it's a seperated ticketed event but is this only for the dinner + partying in CityWalk or is access to the parks also limited on 12/31? And if so, do you need a special ticket for the whole day or do they operate like during HHN, closing the park early(ish) and opening up again later on? I don't want to spend too much money on eg a five day bonus pass and find out I'll need to fork out extra on the 31st.

The NYE ticketed event is only at Citywalk, 21 and over only. Last year it was $114 with tax or $95 for AP holders. The price includes a buffet (60 different items) and access to the clubs area of citywalk. US and IOA are open as normal with access via a normal day ticket for the whole day. Both parks are open until 1am and have some additional entertainment as well.

Hope this helps
