I am planning our trip and was wondering if anyone can tell me their experiences with dining at a signature restaurant, Blue Zoo or Shula's on New Year's Day. There will 10 adults and one little princess. Specifically are there prixe fixed menus? Thanks for your help!

i won't be too much help, but I did look at at this a little bit when we went for NYE and NYD this year. I believe many of them had prix fixe for NYE . . . but I'm not remembering as many for NYD.
I know it's 11 months from now but have fun!!! NYE in MK with those fireworks is so magical. And if you can, drag yourself out of bed early and go to the EMH at whatever park has 'em NYD. For us it was MK - we couldn't make the 8 am, but got there at 9 - and we still got on 23 rides by 2 pm.
