New Years and Anniversary @ Disney

I was wondering what we should plan for New Years Eve @ Disney. We need something family friendly. Will we need reservations? Also, what is a good dinner place for an Anniversary dinner?

I've never been at New Year's, but from what I've heard, you will definitely want to have your ADRs for dinner. If you look on the allears.net website, you can read about the different restaurants. There are lots of wonderful, romantic options (keeping in mind that this IS Disney World, and you will be hard pressed to find a restaurant w/out plenty of kids around!), both in the hotels and in the World Showcase. It really depends a lot on your price range and your tastes, I guess.

I'm hoping to plan a romantic dinner while we're there in May (while Nana --my mom, not the dog--watches the kiddos); I've narrowed it down....a little! Citricos & Artist Point are at the top of my list. Lots of people love Le Cellier in Canada/Epcot.

Ooohh--I know! Visit Allears.net, narrow it down to like 6 or 7, and then post a poll on your pretrippie and have everyone vote! That's the only democratic way to do it!

The DIS just posted about special fireworks at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. I would stay away from Downtown Disney. I heard it is so crowded and all the locals go there since you don't need a ticket. You need a ticket to get in the clubs though.
