Anyone else want to join me in a better healthier lifestyle?
Tomorrow (1/2) I will start the South Beach Diet. We have a 10 day Caribbean trip coming up in February and I'd like to lose the weight by then. I have just about 10 lbs to lose.
Here's my info? I'm 5'3 and currently weigh 125 lbs. I just gained 5 lbs in the last couple of weeks. 5 lbs is very obvious on me because I'm so short. I don't just want to lose weight though, I want to get toned up and in good shape.
Anyway, along with doing the SBD I plan on working out each day on our treadmill, elliptical and other gym equipment we have at home.
What are your plans to drop some pounds and become healthier this year???

I have about 40 pounds to lose, I'm not even sure when it got to that point....well actually, I do. This summer I had 25/30 pounds to lose and I ignored it and just kept eating whatever I wanted and here I am.

I'm starting back on the South Beach diet, but not til January 8th. Because my birthday is on the 7th and I want to be able to have a nice dinner.
