I just posted this on the food thread and thought I could also put it here for those of you who don't follow that thread.

I just came across a new (new to me) website with tons of food pictures and current reviews! www.yelp.com Type disneyland in the location and they have every quick service to full service restaurant. Kinda cool...check it out.

While not quite "new" (it launched in 2004), I agree it's awesome! I always use it when deciding on a restaurant.

Definitely not new....lol They also have apps for the iPhone and Android. I have it on my Droid and use it often to search the surrounding area.

there are reviews for BTBBQ on the Dis. Personally, this is one my favorite places to eat. It's more pricey than some other choices but the food has always been good and it's all you care to eat, drinks are extra but they are also all you care to drink. DBF and I will go here mid-day and it can honestly be our only meal of the day. It's that good and that plentiful.

I don't go anywhere (almost anywhere really) new to eat without checking their Yelp! reviews first. I love it and have reviewed several things myself. It is great. I found my hair salon through Yelp!

Thanks, Pixi! I will try change our res to Monday now instead. We are doing Steakhouse 55 for dinner on Sun. and I want to be starving when we go there to eat.

Maybe on Monday we can do a light rm service breakfast, then go to BBQ Round up for lunch in the middle of the day when rides may have long lines. I'll call DD tomorrow and have them adjust the reservation.

No problem heatherleigh I hope you like it as much as we do. Remember that you can ask for refills on all food items and you don't have to finish everything to ask for more of something. So, if you love the coleslaw (which I do, and in fact have the recipe to make at home!) and you finish it before you finish anything else, you can ask for more slaw right away. When we eat there we might have a bagel or muffin for breakfast but that's usually all, and we try to get to the BBQ around 1-2, it's usually less crowded and we just walk right up (no reservation!) and have a seat in about 20 minutes. Since we are a party of two we usually tell them we don't mind sharing our table if necessary, we've never been asked to do so but we give them the choice.

I use this website all the time, and leave reviews whenever I can, too. It's so helpful.

I haven't used it for Disneyland myself, though, I usually rely on the DIS for reviews.

There's also urbanspoon.com, which I tend to prefer over yelp.
