I've been making and canceling several dining ressies over the past few days and have noticed a couple of things.

1) The system no longer prompts me to cancel existing reservations when making a new one for the same dining period - even when for the same restaurant or within 1/2 an hour of each other. At one time I held three confirmed reservations for dinner on the same night.

2) I get different results when searching for tables through the My Disney Experience app vs. on the website. For instance, I was just searching for a ressie at the GF Cafe near 8 pm. The website said it searched for the entire dinner period and gave me three time choices, all around 6 pm. From the app just a few moments later, I was offered 8:10 or 8:50.

Anybody else notice this?

The website prompted me to cancel, which I did...not sure what it would have done if I'd clicked no.
Don't have the app...windows phone. Love it except times like these :)

I was on the new site last night, and when there were conflicting reservation times, they gave me the option to cancel. When i said to continue with the cancellation, it informed me that the first reservation would be intact until the 2nd reservation was confirmed, then the first reservation would be cancelled.
You'll receive an email confirming both.

Hmmmm. Guess it's just my account, then!

No, I'll blame it on their system... Earlier when canceling reservations, it told me I wasn't able to do that online... 10 minutes later after signing out and back it, I was able to cancel those same reservations I tried before.

Hope the site works well for you soon!

It still has some bugs that need to be fixed. I could not cancel online. I did log out and log back in & same thing. Called to cancel. Then asked to speak someone and they said you can't cancel online. I said it's not true because I just did for another reservation so the website is works at times.
