New Water ride at Typhoon Lagoon:Miss Adventure Falls

I really enjoy it. It is not a thrill ride by any standard, but of sufficient length and conveniently located! I highly recommend.

Everyone in my family enjoyed it - ages 9 and 13, as well as adults. I wasn't prepared for getting as wet as I did - I was expecting a nice splash here and there but ended up in the middle of the waterfall things every time. LOL

The no stairs part sounds great! The other family raft ride at TL was ridiculously short, only rode it once in all the years we’ve gone. Came off thinking we waited 20 min for that :sad2:
Did they renovate orig family raft ride or is this a different one?

It’s totally new. I believe it is in the area where the snorkeling used to be, by Crush N’ Gusher (I think that’s the name). The old one is still there, too, just in case you want to ride it. :)

Which water park is better for those who don’t like big slides? We like a good lazy river, etc. Headed down Monday for 2 weeks and thinking with the heat we might want to try a wp out. Also, any idea which day is the best or least crowded? Thanks!

I think they're pretty equal. If I was staying for 2 weeks I'd do both.

I hope OP doesn't mind but we are going to the water parks this trip. I have a scooter but didn't want to bring it, is the walk from the parking lot long? Also is doing both parks in a day doable? I wont be doing the thrill rides (hubby will probably)
