I am curious as to when they will start accepting ADRs- I'm sure it is going to be a tough one to get!! I'm going to call every few days until I get an answer.

Disney Parks Blog says reservations should be accepted for Via Napoli and Hacienda de San Angel in "July or August" so you could probably put off calling for a couple of weeks.
