New Treehouses HC Accessible?

Hey all! Was wondering if anyone knows if the Treehouses are handicapped accessble? Mini elevators? Ramps? Were the original ones HC accessible?

My understanding is that some of them will be HC accessible, probably by ramps. I think under ADA, 4 or 5 of them are required to be accessible, with one required to have a roll-in shower, though I imagine most of the HC units will have a roll-in shower.
