New to this board! Trying to understand the points system and how to contact renters without PM available yet.

You need to have at least 10 posts before you can use the PM (Conversations) on DISboards. There really isn't a way around it. I suggested you start reading some of the planning threads and ask some questions, or feel free to share some info you already know.
