Congrats on the new gear!! Also welcome to the board and hope to see more of your shots over here. Great first pic btw!! :thumbsup2

Welcome! You will have no shortage of subjects, living in such a beautiful country as Wales.

Welcome aboard and congrats on the new camera. Nice first shot. If I were to offer any advise, at least with this shot, I would say try going back (if possible) at different times of the day to get different light. Best times are the hour or 2 before sunset and after sunrise. Also try positioning yourself so the sun is behind you. This might help with getting the blue in the sky more blue and less white.

One thing about photography is we are always learning and in many cases relearning things to do. It is a never ending process and you can have lots of fun along the way.

Keep the pictures coming. I'd love to see more shots from your area of the world. Thanks for sharing.

Welcome and congratulations on the new camera. I am a newbie as well. I just keep shooting. The more practice I get the more comfortable I feel with it.

Welcome- and congratulations on the new gear!
