New to pin trading with ???

I'm new to pin trading and want to have proper pin trading etiquette. what is the proper way to trade with a CM at WDW? Do you wait in line if there is someone ahead of you? Do you hand the CM the pin you wish to trade and ask them for whatever pin off of their lanyard? Are the Euro Disney pins accepted in trading? Thanks for any and all help.

Yes.
Do you hand the CM the pin you wish to trade and ask them for whatever pin off of their lanyard?
You can do that. Or if all your pins are traders, ask them if there are any they want. Some thank you for asking. And some don't care one way or another. Grasp the bottom of your lanyard and pull it out, away from your chest, so they can see the pins.
Are the Euro Disney pins accepted in trading?
Currently any pin with Disney (c) on the back should be acceptable.
