I just heard about GPT's on the DIS and after reading several threads I decided to check out one of the sites. I looked at Cash Duck and it seemed legitimate, and is also mentioned in several threads here so I went ahead and signed up. For the time being, I really only want to complete free surveys and such, no trial offers or pay offers for now. My question is that literally every offer requires me to put in personal identifying info. Now maybe I am just being ultra paranoid, but the thought of entering my name and address into a hundred differetn sites and surveys doesn't feel safe or smart to me. Should I quit worrying or is there something I am missing? I am hearing great things about these sites, people making a little extra cash, winning prizes etc. but is there something else to it? Will my mailbox be filled with junk mail? Will my name and info be sold to who knows what kind of people/companies? Give me some reassurance here please and let me know what it is I am missing?
